Clustering TS: Enable authentication and authorization for Infinispan Server tests

Currently, the remote tests use an Infinispan server configuration that does not require authentication. The server is now secured by default, thus we should test with this enabled. The reason why we weren't able to enable this earlier are issues with the infinispan server test driver.
