Clean up licenses

Issues with docs/licenses folder:

• Some files are not referenced by any component in the *-licenses.html file, likewise some referenced files are not present in the folder
• Some files are duplicates of each other (even excluding "only" and "or later")
• Some licenses point to different URLs depending on the component
• Some licenses might be outdated (i.e. the component is using a different license than the one reported)
