-DS.XML datasource deployment should be treated like a configured one

When using a -ds.xml style deployment the CLI doesn't show the datasource in "/subsystem=datasources:read-resource" and the web console cannot show statistics.

It would be very beneficial when analyzing resource usage to be able to access statistics data and configuration properties inside the CLI and the web console.
