component upgrade to Hibernate ORM 4.3.0.Beta3 and renable tests using exclude-unlisted-classes

Persistence unit exclude-unlisted-classes is fixed by HHH-8233, which will be fixed in Hibernate ORM 4.3.0.Beta3.

This will address test failures in:
