[Artemis 2.x upgrade] Bad constant used in PropertySQLProviderFactory

    Description

      There is bad constant used on line [1]. The SQL should release backup lock so BACKUP_LOCK_ROW_ID should be used instead of LIVE_LOCK_ROW_ID.
