    Description

      With the switch to Elytron there is a true distinction between referencing authentication configuration for HTTP and authentication configuration for SASL - for this reason if the HTTP management interface will need to reference the SASL configuration independently from the HTTP configuration.

      Some top lovel attributes on the http management interface can also be deprecated as the Elytron configuration already covers these e.g. server-name sasl-protocol.
