Look for other approach to exam EAP service startup result in script

In current wildfly-init-redhat.sh and wildfly-init-debian.sh, WFLY checks message ‘WFLYSRV0025’ in console log to determine service start-up result until timeout. https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/blob/master/core-feature-pack/src/main/resources/content/bin/init.d/wildfly-init-redhat.sh#L117
It would be better to use real CLI read-attribute server-state operation to do it.

This change requires user to define management host and port if they use other values than 127.0.0.1 and 9999 in wildfly.conf
