Exclude wildfly-cli:client artifact from jakarta transformation

    Description

      WildFly Preview should use a native jakarta variant of the org.wildfly.core:wildfly-cli:client shaded jar. We need to create a shaded jar containing jakarta native artifacts. the dependencies that are transformed are:

      • org.jboss.logmanager:jboss-logmanager
      • wildfly-elytron-client
      • wildfly-elytron-x500-cert-acme
      • org.glassfish:jakarta-json
