Manage the BouncyCastle Jakarta Mail dependency with WildFly Core

At the moment, we are distributing the BC Jakarta mail dependency via WildFly Jakarta EE preview. That BC Jakarta dependency is declared explicitly on the WildFly preview whereas all the other BC dependencies are being declared on wildfly-core.

However, BC dependencies are released all in one sharing the same version, so we can distribute the Jakarta version with wildly-core and override it when necessary on wildfly full.
