Deleting Configuration Data when Git connection is failed

    Description

      When a Wildfly standalone server is failed to pull Configuration Data from the remote GIT server via HTTPS or SSH, the Configuration Folder(Directory) is removed automatically.

      It shouldn't be deleted even if the connection is failed.
