HCs (slaves) can not register to the DC (master) during DC and its servers start up

      Configure a Domain Controller and one Host Controller and add a few servers to each host.
      Start up both the DC and remote HC at the same time.
      HC will wait until the DC and its servers start up to register to Domain Controller.
