Need to disable console error page by console-enabled

    Description

      Cannot disable connsole error page even if console-enabled is false.

      1. Disable console-enabled.

      /core-service=management/management-interface=http-interface:write-attribute(name=console-enabled,value=false)

      2. Start EAP server, and access below.

      http://localhost:9990/error/index.html

      You can confirm error page.
