Test coverage for thread pool attribute propagation

    Description

      Tests are needed to make sure the new core-threads attribute propagates correctly to the EnhancedQueueExecutor from the IO subsystem. Functional tests for the attribute, including max-threads, keepalive, etc. exist in JBoss Threads project.
