AbstractResourceRegistration.RootInvocation should use the PathAddress of its containing MRR

AbstractResourceRegistration.getRootInvocation is calculating a PathAddress from the root, but since that code was written changes have come in such that AbstractResourceRegistration has its PA. So that should be used. This will save memory and execution cost.
