    Description

      emit notifications related to server lifecycle in domain mode:

      • server-started
      • server-stopped
      • server-restarted
      • server-destroyed
      • server-killed

      These notifications should be emitted from the corresponding server-config resource (under /host=XXX/server-config=YYY)
