Creating patches for WFLY with each release

    Description

      Currently, the process of patch creation for WFLY doesn't work.
      Beginning around WFLY 22, Galleon is now the tool used and if we want to keep shipping the patch, we need to rework how we create it.

      I will take a look at what can be done in this regard and how complex it is. If possible, I'd like to preserve the patch shipping with each release.
