BeanDeploymentArchive - allow to get all the types found in a bean archive

For an implicit bean archive the BeanDeploymentArchive.getBeanClasses() method returns all the types found in the archive which are annotated with a bean defining annotation or are session beans. This contract is too limited. E.g. it's not always possible to find a correct BDA for an extension class.
