Use different separator for annotated type identifiers

Current - is far from ideal since it is often hard to tell where the separator is used and where - is part of the e.g. archive name:

demo-ear.ear-demo-ear.ear/demo-war.war/WEB-INF/classes-demo.war.DemoSessionBean-null-false
