Currently, only "Perspective Editor" has live reload feature.

This feature works firing a CDI event each time that a "Perspective Editor" is saved and update the generated perspective/screen.

This also has to be supported by "Screen Editor", "Editor" and "Splash Editor" because right now, these features are only updated when the app is reloaded.
