Visit portal link shouldn't be displayed when a member user of the admin portal doesn't have the rights.

Current behavior
A member user of the admin portal without the right:

• Create, read, update, and delete content & code of the developer portal

is able to see on the left side menu under Audience the feature "Visit Portal". Therefore the user can see the drafted version of developer portal.

Desired behavior
A member user of the admin portal shouldn't see the feature "Visit Portal" nor access the drafted version of the developer portal.
