Resolve the inconsistency found in "Limitation of 3scale Operator capabilities" on for product and backend

 Limitations of 3scale Operator capabilities lists the following

• Deletion of a backend custom resource definition (CRD) is not reconciled: existing backends in 3scale will not be deleted.
• Deletion of a product CRD is not reconciled: existing products in 3scale will not be deleted.

However, deletions do seem to be reconciled. Following the steps in Deleting Product custom resources  Product is removed in 3scale . Following the steps in Deleting Backend custom resources , backend is removed from 3scale.  This is not consistent with the limitations note above.
