User Story

As an API Provider, when I am working with Methods and Metrics, I want to be able to see all of them formatted in two different paginated and filterable tables, so that I don't have to scroll down the page a lot when I have many of them.

This is phase 2 of the implementation of the attached mockups, to add PF4 table style and behavior. In part 1 of the implementation, THREESCALE-6867, the old table's style and behavior (meaning, no sorting) is maintained but PF4 is added since the rest of the page (search bar, tabs, etc) were using it already. This issue is for the remainder of work in the mockups.

Requirements

What has been done already is:

• Minimal implementation (Marvel)
  • the tables have the current style
  • PF4 has been added

What needs to be done is:

• The ideal implementation (Marvel),
  • the tables must have PF4 style
  • whatever other stuff is missing
