Missing features on the Operator capabilities

We are using the 3Scale Operator (on premise) to configure a 3Scale Manager (off premise) via Openshift Custom resources. There are some Methods missing, which we still have to configure via the REST-API: "https://$ADMIN_PORTAL_HOSTNAME/admin/api/accounts/$account_id/applications.json "https://$ADMIN_PORTAL_HOSTNAME/admin/api/services/$service_id/application_plans/$application_plan_id.json" "https://$ADMIN_PORTAL_HOSTNAME/admin/api/services/$service_id/proxy/deploy.json" "https://$ADMIN_PORTAL_HOSTNAME/admin/api/services/$service_id/proxy/configs/sandbox/$staging_version/promote.json"

We need to configure these via Custom Resources. We do not want to use the 3Scale Toolbox for this, are we are going full gitops!

 The missing features concern:

1)The Application creation

2)Application publishing

3) Service promotion (staging and production)
