Improve performance of application create pages

We are fetching all the products with all of their application plans and service plans together. When a product is not selected (screenshot) we are blocking the Application plan select box (same for service plan if enabled).

If we have a huge amount of application/service plans or products, the fetch of products takes a lot of time. The performance of the page is decreasing rapidly.

To improve the performance we should fetch the plans in separate call after the product is selected. The overall size to fetch would be smaller and it would take less time.
