Description
RHOAM is in the process of creating builds from a midstream repo using the Managed Services Pipeline. Part of this process is having non-cpaas components generate a MR against our components midstream repo. As see here:

shebert@redhat.com which images will we need listed for a non-cpaas component? Just the operator, or all related images for that operator, also?
