Search of Service/BackendAPI does not work for newly created items until it indexes next day

    Description

      It must index it immediately. The code for this issue has been done but it cannot be tested until THREESCALE-7434 is done.

      Notes

      When 2 accounts are created - one via UI and one via API with same Organization/Group Name and a search is done for both of them by that org name, only the one created via UI will be found. This affects only newly created accounts. (Courtesy of jaurban.)
