    Description

      In disconnected environment is still possible to setup login to developer portal via github. It shouldn't work or user should be warn because current situation is that: 

      • setting up fails on time out 
      • login via developer portal fails on time out
      • is possible to set up github login but cannot work

      Also this need to be documented
