Visualisation of deployed gateways in integration with Admin Portal

Background / Motivation

Currently the Admin Portal, does give the option of selecting a gateway during the configuration of an Integration, however it does not provide the ability to view the gateways deployed or any details that gives visibility of the information about gateways which creates a dependancy to check in other CI/CD or logging tools. 

Proposal

ARGO CD (https://argoproj.github.io/argo-cd/ )is an example solution that allows us to leverage this feature when it comes to workloads deployed in kubernetes.  In this case we can integrate 3scale Admin Portal using this kind of solution which gives a view of the gateways at the same time which can deployed on-prem or cloud . By doing so it empowers the teams to view the status of deployment along with the configuration of the integration present in gateway whenever a new API is configured or an existing API is updated in Admin Portal
