Deploy new OIDC integration in SaaS

Making available the new OIDC integration in SaaS.

For that, we need:

• Monitoring orimarti jprusi@redhat.com I believe there were some issues here... (cc rhn-support-dmayorov. Can you confirm if it's ok to deploy this in SaaS or if not, what else is required on your side and when would you be able to work on it?
