Toolbox integration with new API as a Product 3scale model

To support APIAP Toolbox will introduce new copy methods (product and backend). The current service copy method will be deprecated but fully functional for copying service data that existed before the introduction of APIAP. Than means Only 1:1 product:backend relations will be copy-able and only the private endpoint of the backend will be copied over. To copy over any data atribute that was introduced with APIAP the new toolbox methods should be used.
