    Description

      We have 3scale-cli https://github.com/3scale/3scale-cli/blob/master/docs/import-api-definition.md that does a swagger import to API Manager and creates the services definition. This is a great feature since all customers now rely on swagger as the source of truth.

      This is part 2 of THREESCALE-1070

      What we would like to see is

      Allow the option of swagger import via UI

          For example: When a provider clicks on `create service` provide two options
      (a) Create service manually
      (b) Import using swagger

    If using swagger, after the import is successful, we should be able to create:
    a) services
    b) mapping rules
    c) application plans with methods/metrics
