Description
What:
For Integreatly/RHMI use case we need to be able to distinguish when 3Scale installation (via operator) has finished fully and successfully.
Why:
Our integreatly operator will need to wait until 3Scale is fully up and running. Only then we will be able to make API calls and proceed with next installation steps.
How:
Ideally, 3Scale operator will watch status of the deployments that it created, and once all of them are up, and API is responsive, it would report the state in "status" field of the CR.
