Remove the “Latest transactions” page

    Description

      With the new PatternFly UI, references to the page with a live feed of the latest transactions reported from your APIs were removed from the admin portal. Nevertheless, the page is still available by typing the URL `<your-admin-domain>/apiconfig/transactions`.

      The purpose of this issue is to completely remove the feature and rip out that legacy.

      For reference, the deprecation of this feature was announced in SaaS release notes (Deprecated features Oct.30th 2018) and in the release notes for 2.4.
