A couple of bugs found in the docs affecting APIcast on-prem:

1) Pre-requisites say that having a 3scale account on 3scale.net is needed to deploy APIcast self-managed (an instance of 3scale is needed, but not a 3scale SaaS account):

2) Deployment options talks about 'hosted' APIcast which is only available in SaaS. (Built-in and self-managed are fine). Also, Docker and OpenShift should be sub-sections of self-managed (right now it seems they're just different options).
