Latest fabric8-maven-plugin breaks WF Swarm deployments on OpenShift

    Description

      When updating from fabric8-maven-plugin 3.5.33 to 3.5.35, deployment to OpenShift fails because the logging subsystem is unable to be initialized.

      From a brief investigation the main change appears to be updating the base S2I image being used by FMP. The latest image adds a bunch of items to the `java -jar` start command, such as prometheus, one of which appears to be grabbing logging first
