      Description

      For some value of "consistently".

Hawkular seems to use server UUID to determine continuity across reboots of a server. WildFly generates a UUID randomly on first boot, and stores it under data/kernel/. WildFly Swarm processes have no persistent data/kernel/ storage, so every launch becomes a new, unique, special snowflake of a UUID.
