Print warning when mainClass property set

In our move away from custom main() usage we want to print a warning during build that a custom main() is present.

Something like "Custom main() usage is intended to be deprecated in a future release and is no longer supported, please refer to http://reference.wildfly-swarm.io for YAML configuration that replaces it"
