Data Roles: Columns may optionally not be created, but deletes only happen at the row level, so columns should be disabled for DELETEs

In a data role's CRUD matrix, it does not make sense to allow checking/unchecking columns for DELETE operations as these happen at the row level. Please disable (gray out) the columns' DELETE check boxes in the CRUD matrix.
