Create a relational processor for ModeShape to support jdbc importing according to its rules

Create a relational processor that will import metadata based upon rules specific to ModeShape.

1. The column mode_properties must have attribute 'Selectable' set to FALSE.
2. The table attribute - 'Updatable' should be set to false (and the corresponding column attribute should be set to false)
