Deleting Folders In The Workspace Do Not Cleanup Preview VDBs On Teiid Server

1. Create a folder in a project.
2. Create a model in that folder.
3. Preview another model. This will cause the Preview VDB of the model in the folder to be deployed.
4. Delete the folder.
5. Notice that the deployed Preview VDB for that model is not deleted/undeployed from the Teiid server.

Also need to make sure the PreviewManager deploy status map is being cleaned-up.
