NPE when selecting project in Create Relational Model from WS wizard

      1. unselect every project in Model Explorer (e.g. create new project - after that action none project should be selected)
      2. File -> Import -> Teiid Designer -> "Web Service Source >> Source and View Model (SOAP)" -> fill WSDL connection profile info, Next >
      3. Select a project from combo box with label "Select Open Model Project >>"
      4. project will be selected & NPE will be thrown

      NPE is thrown in dialog Creating Relational Model from Web Service when trying to select project (at 2nd page - Models Definition). This occours only when none project in Model Explorer was selected before import wizard. Combo box is filled with project name successfully, but immediately after that NPE is thrown. (see attachment)

      (note everything's ok if some project is selected before import wizard)
