"Edit Teiid Server Properties" action in Model Action Sets is not finished.

Issue with Guides View - Modeler Action Sets. The "Edit Teiid Server Properties" action in the "Teiid Server" action set - is not complete.
1) The Message for the Dialog title is missing
2) Click on the "..." button to browse for a server to edit. You get a dialog that says it's not implemented yet.
