Add support for REGEXP_REPLACE

Add support for REGEXP_REPLACE function like in Postgres.

Pushdown version might be tricky.

• MySQL - No support.
• Postgres - Good.
• Oracle - Good, but "g" flag to replace all matches is set by positional params instead.
