Cannot execute Two-Phase Commit using Multi-Source Model Dynamic VDB

Description of problem:
2nd connection to Multi-Source Model Dynamic VDB is not Two-Phase Commit.

Execute a update query via Multi-Source Model Dynamic VDB.
