Support 1.7 JDBC methods

To build against a 1.7 VM without retarging to a 1.6 runtime for the Java libraries requires that we update our JDBC logic to add missing methods. Most will likely still not be supported and will throw a SQLFeatureUnsupported exception where appropriate.
