NPE when activating the SY design editor after modifying the version of a capability

      1. Create a new SY project (with a version 2 or higher, no matter if we use a runtime)
      2. Do not close the opened editor
      3. In the Project Exlorer select the SwitchYard file
      4. Right click and select Configure Capabilities...
      5. Change the Configuration version to 1.0 or to 1.1
      6. Save and click on the tab "Design" (even if is activated) in the editor
      7. Open Error Log and move with mouse over the canvas

    Description

      Ocassional NPE when activating the SY design editor. At the moment I'm not able to provide any 100% steps to reproduce. This error occurs only in Error Log and there is no impact on the editor itself.

      Please see the attached file sy_npe.txt.

      EDIT: once this error occurs you are not able to properly work with the editor and you have to close and reopend the editor
