      Seeing this with SwitchYard 2.0.0.Final + WildFly 8.1 during boot :

      16:56:19,273 INFO [org.switchyard.component.sca] (MSC service thread 1-1) SWITCHYARD039200: Unable to resolve cache-container cluster. clustering for <binding.sca> will not be available for services

      Investigate whether we need to set something in the WildFly configuration.
