scan deployment descriptors during fraction autodetection

      Description

This is just an idea: sometimes, a fraction is needed but the application only refers to it in a deployment descriptor. Currently, fraction autodetection only scans application classes, so this situation isn't covered. Maybe some well known deployment descriptors could be scanned too?

Specific example: the cdi/nobeans-el-* samples in Java EE 7 Samples require JSF, but they only refer to it in web.xml, by configuring the javax.faces.webapp.FacesServlet servlet.
