Bad dependency on mp-ft-cdi extension

    Details

      Description

When I try to use 2017.12.0 release bits I see this issue in my build

      [INFO] — wildfly-swarm-plugin:2017.12.0:package (default) @ microprofile-demo —

      Downloaded: https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/wildfly/swarm/fraction-metadata/2017.12.0/fraction-metadata-2017.12.0.jar (190 kB at 1.3 MB/s)

org.eclipse.aether.resolution.ArtifactResolutionException: Failure to find org.wildfly.swarm:mp_fault_tolerance_cdi_extension:jar:2017.12.0 in https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public/ was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of jboss-public-repository-group has elapsed or updates are forced

      Looking at https://github.com/wildfly-swarm/wildfly-swarm/blob/2017.12.0/fractions/microprofile/microprofile-fault-tolerance/src/main/resources/modules/org/wildfly/swarm/microprofile/faulttolerance/cdi/main/module.xml#L21

shows that it references a CDI extension with that name, but that should not be there as the extension was merged into the fraction in SWARM-1721
