Refactor spec files in release-tests

Refactor spec files in release-tests.

Currently, the spec files contain too many redundant tags that we are not using during testing. Refactor the spec files so that only required tags are added to test scenarios

Acceptance Criteria:

• The spec files in release-tests should contain only required tags
• The acceptance-tests pipeline is updated to run tests using these tags
